About me
I help people make sense of the stories that shape their families, their communities, and their conflicts.
My fascination with the stories that shape us began in childhood, when I started uncovering my own family’s lore and piecing together the fragments of its history. The search often led to more questions than answers, but each discovery deepened my curiosity and taught me how much can be revealed through careful research, close listening, and a willingness to follow the story wherever it leads.
That curiosity eventually led me to law school, where I was drawn to the people and circumstances behind the cases that shaped the laws governing our lives. Through mediation training, I also learned how the stories we tell about ourselves and one another can keep us stuck in conflict, and how listening closely can help uncover what is really standing in the way of resolution.
Today, I bring those skills together to help clients break through family-history roadblocks, research the history of a place or community, and work through conflict with greater clarity. My role is to help you untangle what feels complicated, uncover what has been missing, and find a clear way forward.

Family History Research
Every research engagement begins with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your goals, the records likely to be involved, and the right approach for your case. * Pre-Starter Package - $150 You need something more than a 30-minute consultation but not quite a starter package. Starter Package – $550 Focus on one specific ancestor Narrative of the ancestor with documentation and sources cited. Timeline Next steps research recommendation Family Line Package – $1000 Focus on one specific branch going back three generations Written report/narrative with documentation and sources cited Next step research recommendations Deep Dive Package – $5000 Focus on two family branches going back three generations Written report/narrative with documentation and sources cited Timeline Next-step recommendations *If your case does not fit neatly into any of these categories, we can discuss details and appropriate pricing for your case.
Conflict Resolution Services
Every mediation or conflict resolution engagement begins with an intake consultation to understand the parties involved, the nature of the dispute, and the right process for resolving it. From there, pricing follows one of the structures below, depending on the type of matter. Private Two - Party Mediation - 2-hour minimum: $400 Half-day (4 hours): $800 Full-day (8 hours): $1,600 Workplace Conflict Resolution - Conflict Assessment Starting at $500 I interview stakeholders and provide recommendations. Facilitated Conversations $800 Group Facilitations - Half-Day Facilitation $1,000 Full-Day Facilitation $2,500
